Chiron Investments LLC (“Chiron”) is a Miami-based family office. Founded by Romie Chaudhari in 2007, it actively pursues direct investments globally with a primary focus in the U.S.

Chiron’s investment portfolio is primarily comprised of a wide range of real estate holdings. The firm also has exposure to a number of other asset classes including professional and esports, non-traditional financing, restaurants, as well as select private equity and venture capital interests.

Chiron endeavors to expand its investment portfolio through various means including direct investments, joint ventures and non-traditional financing. A key competitive advantage is its permanent capital base which frees it from time constraints and thereby enables it to absorb market downturns. This flexibility allows the firm to move quickly on new opportunities and focus solely on the true merits of an investment.

This unique position enables Chiron to invest across the capital structure in niche under-the-institutional radar opportunities as well as in larger, more traditional investments.
